Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant enough stay overall, although the noise from a nearby bar was somewhat disturbing late into the evening. The breakfast was basic but quite acceptable, and the staff were friendly. However, my interaction with the receptionist left a negative impression, as they were rude about a late checkout request, which has altered my plans to return. Despite this, the room was spacious and clean, making it a reasonable option for the price.
This hotel has some real strengths, like the amazing staff who are always willing to help and the beautiful setting of the restaurant. However, the room I stayed in was quite disappointing, needing a serious update, which took away from the overall experience. While the location was great for exploring the area, I can't overlook the issues with my room's condition. Overall, it’s good for a short stay if you don’t mind some wear and tear in the rooms.
My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The room was small and not as clean as I'd expected, and the gym had outdated equipment. While the restaurant featured a nice ambiance, the breakfast portions were incredibly small and lacked freshness. The service was frustrating; the receptionist was unhelpful and dismissive when I inquired about laundry. However, I did appreciate the attempt to offer laundry facilities. Overall, I can't recommend this hotel based on my experience.
The hotel is situated in a vibrant area of San Salvador, with an attentive staff that truly made me feel at home. The breakfasts were delightful, enjoyed in a lovely courtyard setting. However, my room left a lot to be desired, needing updates and maintenance. Overall, it's a decent choice given its fantastic location, but some improvements are necessary.
My stay started off nicely but took a dive due to the rude service and noise from a nearby bar. The room was decent but had some issues. Breakfast was basic but okay. I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility regarding checkout, which soured my overall experience and made me decide against returning.
